Banana Nutella Cupcakes

It has been way too long since my last cupcake recipe!

Actually, I just made those red velvet cupcakes super recently while I was in Florida, for a good friend’s birthday! If you’re a fan of red velvet, make those—the are the BEST!

But, if you love bananas and Nutella, and especially when they are together, these babies are the cupcakes for you!

The cake is tender and moist with a slight sugary outer crust, but they aren’t too sweet. The frosting is a combination of Nutella, butter, confectioners’ sugar, and cream cheese. It’s light, fluffy, and oh-so-creamy! The cream cheese gives it a slight tang that is way-too-addictive.

You know what I just thought of that would super yummy in these? If you rolled out their centers a little and filled then with a teaspoon of Nutella. Oh lawdy, someone has to do that now and then tell me how it goes. I suspect MARVELOUSLY!

The pack also had some lady bug ones that I’m dying to use! I’m pretty sure my mom got them for me at like T.J. Maxx, and I’m obsessed. T.J. Maxx has a weirdly good home/food section…

By the way, this is another delectable dessert that I created for my friends at Food Fanatic ^.^ Please check out my post over there as well, for more words and photos that you won’t see here!
