Frosted Flake Crunch Funfetti Cookies

It’s Friday?

It’s bizarre when holidays fall in the middle of the week.

Mikey got yesterday off for New Year’s Day, but today he had to go back to work for a single day before the weekend. Seems silly, right? Can we just all agree to have every holiday fall on a Friday? Haha

So, I made some crazy cookies. I mean I know we’re now at the beginning of the year at we’re all supposed to have these healthy food resolutions but…you always gotta have cookies.

These are full of sprinkles (clearly), but they’re also stuffed with Frosted Flakes in the form of a Momofuku Milk Bar-style crunch. They are insanely delicious.

If you’re familiar with Momofuku Milk Bar’s cookies, then you probably know that they aren’t concerned with being the most beautiful cookie in the room, but instead the tastiest!

These may not be the pretties funfetti cookies you’ve ever seen, but I’d be willing to bet on most amazing-tasting!

You are going to need a tall glass of milk with these, though, because they are rich. They also make fantastic ice cream sandwich cookies. Mikey says they are perfect crumbled over the top of ice cream, as well!
