Weekly Wants
This end of the week post features links to recipes and posts around the web that I’m totally lusting after.
This Baked Sweet Potato with Gochujang and Peanut Butter Sauce.
Not only does it look totally gorgeous (love the spirals of potatoes), but I can imagine the sweet-spiciness of the gochujang would pair so beautifully with the peanut butter!
These Ice Cream Cone Macarons.
I stumbled across this post while searching for something completely unrelated, and I just can’t get over how adorable they are—the two tone, the sprinkles, the little cherry!
These Sweet Rice Corn Pancakes (Hotteok).
I want to try one of these soooo badly! The crisp outside and hot syrupy inside sounds to-die-for!
These Individual Beef Wellingtons.
Beef Wellington is something that I’ve always want to try my hand at making, and this recipe looks extra tasty with the pâté-duxelle mix coating the beef. I’m preeeetttty sure I’ll be making these for Valentine’s Day 😉
These Paprika Parsnip Fries.
The fries look tasty, but it’s the preserved lemon cashew cream sauce that totally got me. And it’s vegan!
This White Chocolate Cake with Rose Buttercream.
Well clearly, I’m digging the flavor combination, but how perfect is that frosting?
This Banana-Sour Cream Coffee Cake with Brown Sugar-Pecan Swirl.
I have, not joking, THREE tubs of sour cream in my fridge from the Super Bowl. This looks like a beautiful recipe to put a small dent in my absolutely ridiculous supply. I love the brown sugar-pecan swirl—yum!
